Elica chooses Göttsche, once again

A real Made in Italy successful “case history”. It’s what Elica represents today. A company that has always looked ahead, spreading its market into a worldwide dimension and – at the same time – becoming the reference and the world leader in cooker-hoods manufacturing.
In the making of this “case history”, the role of advertising has been decisive since when, in 2002, Elica assigned the job to Göttsche. In the four years following, the agency’s work has created international campaigns whose innovative contents and messages have imposed a new language on the cooker-hood field. From the idea that Elica cooker-hoods are mostly design objects – they don’t content with inhaling smells, they change the perception of them – the agency studied punchy and suggestive ads, from “AROMATHERAPY” to “YOU CANNOT LIVE ON DESIGN ALONE” – both awarded.

Today, after a one-year break, Elica chooses Göttsche again. For this occasion, the agency has reassembled the team that had created all the campaigns since 2002: Michael Göttsche (creative director), Barbara Arioli (planner) and Elio Buccino (copywriter), now joined by Marco Turconi (art director). They’ll work in close contact with Lorenzo Lispi (Elica Marketing & Innovation Vice President) and Ludovica Paoli (Communication Manager) for launching a completely new kind of cooker-hood. Confirming its vocation for the most innovative hi-tech and the most striking design, Elica will introduce Space (see photo), the first cooker-hood in the world with EDS3(Elica Deep Silence 3), an exclusive technology for an extremely silent functioning – reducing the usual cooker-hood noise to the limits of inaudible. A product whose importance is strategic not only for the Elica brand, but also for its industrial clients. The campaign, now in development, will have an European airing, from Italy to Spain, Russia and Uk.
