Was born in Correggio RE (I) in 1958. He graduated from the G.B. Martini Conservatory in "Band instrumentation" in 1985 and "Choral music and choir conducting" in 1987. He studied composition with Salvatore Sciarrino at the Cittā di Castello Academy of Music from 1985 to 1988. From 1985 to 1997 he conducted the town band and choir of S.Ilario d'Enza (RE). From 1990 to 1998 he conducted the band and "Centouno" choir of Fabbrico (RE). Since 1993 his artistic research has evolved towards new creations: "sculptures" in light, sound and matter.
Since 1996 he has worked on the sound aspect of the "Cracking Art" group.
