Hovercraft ”The word 'hoover' refers to the famous company of vacuum cleaners, which is a functional link to the cooker hood. The form is related to the floating vehicle of the 'hovercraft'. I like this idea of free movement as a methaphor for the moment of the day which is for me cooking. It gives me a time of the day to be busy with myself, my thoughts through the contact with genuine food.”
