Elica is the best company to work in in Italy

In the Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces 2011 classification, the Marche company is in clear first place.

An important result, and one reached after 3 years in the top handful of this prestigious league table, where Elica – head company of the industrial group that is world leader in the production of cooker hoods and one of the first in Europe in the field of electric motors – has always been ranked first out of the Italian companies, preceded only by the offices of multinationals in Italy.

This clear first position is the reward for a process of investments that have been made in people over a period of years – investments made not only with the aim of guaranteeing the high quality of work in the company, but also creating conditions to improve the employees’ quality of life, both within and outside the company itself. With this objective in mind, the company has also involved the employees’ families in its projects.

A recognition which acquires even greater value due to the fact that the outcome of the survey is based on the Great Place to Work’s Institute’s questionnaires, filled in by the people who work for Elica themselves.
