Elica stands out once again for its attention it pays to its employees and also qualifies in 2018 as a Top Employer company

Elica has built over time a solid activity plan for its employees, in order to improve both their professional and personal lives.

For years now, the society is honored to be awarded with the Top Employer certification, which is emitted by the prestigious “Top Employers Institute”. In the 2018 too, Elica was put among the Top Employer societies in Italy. 

Elica’s “out of the box” approach is grafted through the activities aimed at employees that often involve art, design and innovation as a leitmotif of training and skills development programs. The art world has always been part of the DNA of the company that, together with the Ermanno Casoli Foundation, supports and develops innovative projects. A good example of this is E-STRAORDINARIO, which brings contemporary art near to Elica. Through creative workshops, employees collaborate with international artists in order to create works of art, which become part of the company's collection.

Elica is always looking to the future: for this reason, it is always committed in supporting the families by enriching the training of its employees’ children.  During summer, in fact, the children can attend study courses abroad or visit the main museums accompanied by an art historian, to discover art and culture. 

The Upside Down Programme, instead, is organized for young recent graduates entering Elica; a path of personal and professional growth that aims to facilitate the integration of young people into the company, enhancing their strengths.
