The touch slider control makes it easy to activate functions that, depending on the model, allow you to bridge two cooking zones for cooking with larger cookware, have an extra-large zone offering more power and activate the slow cooking mode. Some 3-zone induction hobs feature Bluetooth connectivity, allowing them to pair with Elica cooker hoods.
