This 3-cooking zone hob is engineered for an ergonomic cooking experience. Equipped with a function to bridge two cooking zones, it delivers uniform power and temperature, even when using larger cookware. It comes with an extra-large zone (30 cm) designed for oversized skillets and griddles, helping to speed up cooking: it is more powerful than standard induction hobs. The intuitive touch slider control gives you full control over all settings and functions of the hob. Warming, for instance, is a function designed for slow cooking, heating up milk and soup, preparing custards and sauces without overheating, and for keeping ready-made food warm. The hob synchs with Elica hoods via Bluetooth to automatically adjust the light and extraction rate based on the cooking zones in use.
