Preparation

Phase 1:
Filling

Place the butter, anchovies, and mascarpone in a small saucepan.

Use the LHOV hob's automatic Melting programme to heat the mixture, stirring occasionally with a spoon.
Phase 2:
Topping

Spread the panko on a baking dish and place in the oven.

Set the LHOV oven to grill on one side only at power level 2.

Set the timer for 15 minutes.
Phase 3:
Pasta

Fill a pot with water, bring it to a boil, and add salt.

Add the pasta Artisia to the boiling water, turn the LHOV hob down to power level 7, then set the timer for 12 minutes.

Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to carefully lift the pasta out of the water and transfer to a clean tea towel.

Use tongs to turn the MUSSEL pasta over on the tea towel for a few seconds to drain any excess water.
Phase 4:
Plating

Use kitchen tongs to arrange the MUSSEL pasta on a serving plate.

Use a teaspoon or piping bag to fill each MUSSEL three-quarters full with the filling.

Garnish with toasted panko, lemon zest, and a fresh parsley leaf.
