TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “ELICA CLUB - Professional Membership Program” PROMOTIONAL INITIATIVE

 PROMOTER   

Elica S.p.A., with registered office at Via Ermanno Casoli No. 2, 60044 Fabriano (AN), with Tax Identification Number and VAT number 00096570429 (hereinafter, “Elica” or “Promoter”).

 DURATION   

The initiative is implemented according to the following schedule:

  • Registration: from June 16, 2025, to June 1, 2026.
  • Benefit application: before June 1, 2026.
  • Allocation of benefits by the Promoter: before June 30, 2026.

RECIPIENT

The program is exclusively aimed at stores specializing in the sale of kitchens and kitchen furniture, with a permanent establishment in the aforementioned territory and registered with the ELICA CLUB.  

Excluded are: outlets, temporary stores, pop-ups, or temporary exhibition corners.

JOINING THE PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Participation in the Program is completely free and is subject to membership in the ELICA CLUB. Registration can be completed through the specific section available at elica.com, where the regulations governing the procedure can be consulted.

Registration may also be completed by a Legal Representative of the store or a person formally delegated to do so. They must enter the contact information requested in the registration form. These information is processed in accordance with current data protection legislation. For information on this, please refer to the section of this document entitled "Processing of Personal Data."

Once registration is complete, the store will become a member of the ELICA CLUB and will be able to participate in this Program, with access to benefits, opportunities, and reserved content.

 OBJECTIVE OF THE INITIATIVE   

 The objective of the Program is to empower stores that promote the Elica kitchen product range through training tools, visibility, support, and specific activities.   

PROGRAM STRUCTURE   

 Club membership allows recipients to participate in the initiative and access a three-level program, each of which offers exclusive benefits, as detailed in the "DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS" section.

Access to the different levels is progressive and subject to meeting specific requirements, which are described in detail below.

  • Level ONE: Participants automatically access this level when they join the Program, which must be done through the dedicated section on the Promoter's official website, accessible at www.elica.com. The Elica CooKit event kit can only be requested if a functioning Elica cooking product is installed.   
  • Level HERO : Access is conditional on a kitchen with an Lhov product installed (at least in DEMO mode) or a kitchen with an Elica Cooking set installed (two Elica products from different categories).   
  • Level ELITE : Access is conditional on a kitchen with an Lhov product installed (at least in DEMO mode) and a kitchen, different from the one with the Lhov product installed, with an Elica Cooking set installed (two Elica products from different categories).

Progression between levels is subject to verification by the Promoter, who reserves the right to confirm eligibility based on the criteria. The review may be carried out according to the methods and timeframes it deems appropriate.

The Promoter may also introduce, for limited periods, extraordinary promotional conditions, communicated through the same channels used for the main initiative.

DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS   

Membership of the ELICA CLUB program allows participating stores to access reserved services and tools, differentiated for each level of the process. Benefits are cumulative. Each level also includes those of the previous levels.

LEVEL ONE

The store automatically accesses this level upon joining the CLUB. Benefits include:

  • Access to the reserved ELICA CLUB area on elica.com. Content, technical documents, catalogs, price lists, images, and marketing materials.
  • Remote Elica Innovation Academy. Participation in webinars and digital training modules on Elica products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Digital tools for product configuration. Assistance in defining optimal codes and combinations based on the kitchen's composition.
  • Elica CooKit (on request). Basic kits for demonstration events, up to 1 kit every 12 months, subject to Promoter approval, reserved for stores with at least one Elica product installed and in operation, from the categories: induction cooktops, extractor hoods, ovens).
  • Basic support via email or a dedicated form for technical or general inquiries.

LEVEL HERO 

This level is accessed by installing a kitchen with an Lhov product installed (at least in DEMO mode) or a kitchen with an Elica Cooking kitchen set installed (two Elica products from different categories). In addition to the benefits of Level ONE, HERO members receive the following advantages:

  • In-Store Elica Innovation Academy. Training sessions organized in-store with the assistance of Elica.
  • Elica Show Cooking Event. Live cooking demonstrations organized by Elica, with the assistance of an in-store chef, who will provide strategic visibility to the event both on the brand's website and social channels.
  • Dedicated Support. A dedicated hotline for assistance with Elica products and services.
  • Lhov Locator. Store visibility in the Elica website section, providing directions on where to find Lhov.
  • Elica POP Tools. A kit of communication materials designed to communicate Elica Club membership in the store, such as the Elica Club membership plaque, the Lhov plaque, the ELICA CLUB window sticker, and the brochure holder.

LEVEL ELITE 

Reserved for stores that plan to install a kitchen with an Lhov product installed (at least in DEMO mode) and a kitchen, different from the one with the Lhov product installed, with an Elica Cooking kitchen set installed (two Elica products from different categories).

In addition to the benefits of the previous levels, ELITE members receive the following advantages:

  •  Immersive Elica Innovation Academy. You will be welcomed at Elica headquarters and participate in special events and training activities.  
  • Elica Premium Show-cooking event. Live cooking demonstrations organized by Elica in your store, with the attendance of special guests or influencers. The events will be promoted on our social channels and sponsored with investments from Elica.
  • Elica Experience. Exclusive experiences featuring art, cuisine, design, and technology to discover the beauty and Italian style that are the hallmarks of Elica.     

All services and benefits offered at the various membership levels are subject to verification and confirmation by the Promoter, who reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time upon specific notification.

Under no circumstances may benefits be converted into cash or transferred to third parties.

The terms and conditions document will be available for the duration of the initiative at www.elica.com.

Any changes to this document (while respecting the rights acquired by participants) that may be made during the initiative will be communicated to the stores in advance using the same communication methods provided for in this document.
