This 2-zone induction hob is designed to fit into very small spaces or to complement other hobs. It comes with a function to bridge two zones, ensuring uniform power and temperature, even when using larger cookware. The intuitive touch slider control gives you full control over all settings and functions of the hob. Warming, for instance, is a function designed for slow cooking, heating up milk and soup, preparing custards and sauces without overheating, and for keeping ready-made food warm. The hob synchs with Elica hoods via Bluetooth to automatically adjust the light and extraction rate based on the cooking zones in use.
