This 4-cooking zone hob is engineered for an ergonomic cooking experience. Equipped with a function to bridge two cooking zones, it delivers uniform power and temperature, even when using larger cookware. The intuitive touch slider control gives you full control over all settings and functions of the hob. Warming, for instance, is a function designed for slow cooking, heating up milk and soup, preparing custards and sauces without overheating, and for keeping ready-made food warm. The hob synchs with Elica hoods via Bluetooth to automatically adjust the light and extraction rate based on the cooking zones in use.
