Fill a pot with water, bring it to a boil, and add salt.

Add the pasta Artisia to the boiling water, turn the LHOV hob down to power level 7, then set the timer for 12 minutes.

Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to carefully lift the pasta out of the water and transfer to a clean tea towel.

Use tongs to turn the MUSSEL pasta over on the tea towel for a few seconds to drain any excess water.

Plating

Use kitchen tongs to arrange the MUSSEL pasta on a serving plate.

Use a teaspoon or piping bag to fill each MUSSEL three-quarters full with the filling.
