In a bowl, mix the flour with the egg, sparkling water, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the shelled broad beans to the mixture and combine the aromatic herbs.

Meanwhile, heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil to form fritters.

Fry on both sides with the Lhov hob set to power 7 until evenly golden.
