In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade and brush it evenly over the entire surface of the shin.

Pour 50 ml of white wine and 250 ml of water into a baking dish, place the shank inside, and cook in the Lhov oven using the automatic Shank program.

At the end of cooking, add a little water to the bottom of the pan and moisten the meat with the cooking liquid. When finished, cover with aluminum foil and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Phase 2:
Classic cooking

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade and brush it evenly over the entire surface of the shin.

Pour 100 ml of white wine and 400 ml of water or beef broth into the bottom of the baking dish. We recommend placing the meat with the smaller bone facing upward. Bake in the Lhov oven using the automatic Shank program.

At the end of cooking, add a little water to the bottom of the pan if necessary and moisten the meat with the cooking liquid, cover with aluminum foil and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
