The front profile is not just a technical accessory.This determines how LHOV integrates into your countertop. Choose On Top for a clean, seamless look, Filo Top for a completely flush fit, or Free Top if your countertop has a non-standard thickness. Available in matte black and stainless steel.

The profile overlaps the countertop slightly. It installs directly, without any modifications to the countertop. Available in thicknesses of 10, 12, 16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 38, 40, and 50 mm.

The profile is perfectly flush with the surface of the countertop. The result is a fully integrated surface with no visible overlap. It requires front-edge routing during installation. Available in thicknesses of 16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 38, 40, and 50 mm.

One size fits all thicknesses from 10 to 50 mm. If your countertop has a non-standard thickness or an unusual shape, the Free Top is the right choice. It leaves the edge of the countertop exposed. Available in matte black and stainless steel.

LHOV features a built-in oven that cooks using steam, convection, and a combination mode. These accessories allow you to get the most out of it for any type of dish.

The multifunction grill and glass drip pan are included in the LHOV package. 

Vegetables, fish, rice, grains. The steam kit transforms the LHOV into a full-featured steam oven. Includes a water reservoir.

Crispy fries, chicken, and vegetables au gratin. With the Air Fryer Kit, you get the crispiness of deep-fried food using much less hot air and no excess oil. Pair it with the included multifunction grill.

The support frame is the accessory that makes these combinations possible. It is used in conjunction with other accessories depending on the dishes you’re cooking and is essential for recipes that require multiple cooking levels.

For baking frozen pizzas with a crispy crust. It works in combination with the multifunction rack and ensures optimal air circulation at the bottom of the oven.

The metal baking pan is a versatile accessory for traditional baking. Ideal for cakes, pastries, cookies, frozen foods, and roasts. It also collects liquids when baking directly on the rack.

For meat and fish, cooking to the right temperature makes all the difference. The meat thermometer measures the internal temperature of the food and alerts you when it’s ready. No more cutting into it halfway through cooking to check.

Two accessories you shouldn’t forget: the ceramic filter for those using LHOV in filter mode, and the descaler for those using it for steam cooking.

If LHOV is installed in filter mode, the ceramic filter captures cooking odors before the air re-enters the kitchen. Don’t throw it away: regenerate it in the oven every 2–3 months, and it lasts up to 5 years. Efficiency greater than 82%.

How to regenerate it: preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Place the filter on a baking sheet at a mid-level, not on the bottom of the oven. Allow it to cool completely before reinserting it. 

If you use the steam function often, the descaler keeps the tank and circuit efficient over time. Consult the product manual for the recommended frequency of use based on the water hardness in your area.

Is the front trim required to install LHOV? 

Yes. The front trim is necessary to complete the installation of LHOV in the kitchen countertop. Choose it based on the thickness of your countertop and the visual effect you want to achieve.

Can I use the Air Fryer Kit and the Steam Kit together? 

The two kits are designed for different cooking modes. Refer to the product manual for supported combinations and specific instructions for use.

How often should I regenerate the ceramic filter? 

Every 2–3 months. Place it on a baking sheet on the middle rack and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes. With regular regeneration, it will last up to 5 years without needing replacement.

Is the metal drip pan included in the LHOV package? 

No. The metal drip pan is not included in the package. It must be purchased separately from the Elica shop. The package includes a multifunction rack and a glass drip pan.
