Phase 1:
Dough

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and knead briefly. Then add the salt and continue kneading until you obtain a smooth dough.

Form a loaf and place the dough in a bowl lightly greased with oil and leave to rise in the oven at 30° with steam, setting the Lhov Proving programme.

After 1 hour of leavening, perform a round of folds, repeat the operation after another hour and leave to rise until the volume doubles.

Take the dough again, form a ball and let it rise again until it doubles in volume.

Sprinkle the dough with semolina and spread on a lightly oiled baking tray.

Season to taste and bake by setting the Lhov Pizza function.
