Ingredients for 8 muffins of 80 g, 24 muffins of 30 g, 48 muffins of 15 g
  • 00 flour
    250 g
  • Milk
    175 ml
  • Sugar
    130 g
  • Butter
    70 g
  • Egg
    2
  • Yeast
    8 g
  • Lemon zest

  • Vanilla

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat using Lhov’s Melting function, then let it cool.

In a bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla.

In another bowl mix the eggs, milk and melted butter left to cool.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until the batter is smooth, then add chocolate drops to taste.

Fill the muffin molds with the mixture.

Place in the oven and cook using Lhov's automatic Muffin function, selecting the size of the chosen mold (15 g, 30 g or 80 g).

Once cooked, remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool before serving.
