  • Bitter cocoa

Melt the chocolate and butter with the Lhov Melting function (or in a bain-marie) and leave to cool for a few minutes.

In the meantime, mix flour, yeast, cocoa and salt in a bowl.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the eggs and mix delicately with a spatula, from bottom to top, until you obtain a soft and uniform cream.

Add the flours, sifting them in two batches and incorporating them delicately with a spatula, mixing from bottom to top.

Pour the mixture into a 25×25 cm baking pan, previously lined with baking paper, then bake by selecting the Lhov Brownies automatic program.
